Warranty Coverage and Period

This policy applies to folding garden chairs, reclining chairs, PE rattan-effect sun loungers, cushioned outdoor lounge sets, folding garden tables, glass-top tables, outdoor dining sets, and fir wood garden benches.

The product information provided for these collections does not specify an additional commercial warranty period. Valuewevo therefore does not provide a separate voluntary commercial warranty period or commercial warranty start date for these collections. This does not affect any statutory warranties, consumer guarantees, or other legal rights applicable to your purchase.

Product Quality Issues

If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect, missing component, broken part, or other quality issue, contact us for assistance.

For folding and reclining chairs, quality concerns may include defects in the frame, reclining mechanism, supplied fasteners, or other structural components. For sun loungers and cushioned seating, concerns may include manufacturing defects affecting the frame, backrest adjustment mechanism, or supplied cushions. For tables and dining sets, concerns may include defective frames, damaged supplied components, or defects affecting normal use. For tables with tempered glass tops, visible cracks or breakage upon delivery may be assessed as delivery damage or a product quality issue. For wooden benches, manufacturing defects affecting the structure or assembly may be assessed.

Products that materially differ from their descriptions are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Product Use and Care

Furniture must be assembled and used according to the product instructions. Do not exceed the stated weight limits or use reclining mechanisms in a way that conflicts with the product instructions. Tempered glass tabletops must be handled carefully and protected from impact. Cushions and fabric components should be cleaned and maintained according to their product care instructions.

Wood grain, rattan-effect texture, and minor finish variations consistent with the product description are not automatically considered defects.

Exclusions

Product issues resulting from misuse, accidents, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, incorrect assembly, overloading, impact damage, or failure to follow product care and safety instructions are not considered manufacturing defects.

Normal wear and tear, minor variations in materials and finishes consistent with the product description, and damage occurring after delivery due to improper handling are not covered by any voluntary commercial warranty.

These exclusions do not limit mandatory consumer rights or remedies under applicable law.

How to Submit a Claim

For visible damage upon delivery, please report the issue within 7 calendar days whenever possible. This reporting period does not restrict statutory rights or remedies.

Please contact us before returning a product so that we can provide the appropriate instructions.

Resolution and Costs

After reviewing your request, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, repair where practical, replacement parts, or a refund.

Where return shipping is required for a confirmed defective or incorrectly supplied product, Valuewevo will cover reasonable return shipping costs where required by law or agreed upon by our customer service team.
